Welcome to YSL Mentoring. By accessing and using our website https://learn.yslinnercircle.com (the "Site") and our coaching services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Site and Services.

1. Definitions

Client: Refers to any individual who engages with our Services.

Services: Encompasses all coaching sessions, programs, and related activities offered by YSL Mentoring.​

Agreement: Denotes this set of Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

YSL Mentoring provides professional coaching services aimed at personal and professional development. These Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Client Responsibilities

Engagement: Clients are expected to actively participate in coaching sessions and complete any agreed-upon assignments.​

Confidentiality: Clients must respect the confidentiality of group sessions and not disclose any shared information without consent.​

Conduct: Clients are required to maintain respectful communication with coaches and other clients.​

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments: All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.​

Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.​

Lateness: If a client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.​

5. Fees and Payment

Payment Terms: Fees for Services are communicated prior to engagement. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.​

Refunds: Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be made at the discretion of YSL Mentoring.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Continued non-payment may result in termination of Services.​

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. YSL Mentoring will not disclose any personal information without the client's consent, except as required by law.​

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by YSL Mentoring, including but not limited to written content, tools, and methodologies, remain the intellectual property of YSL Mentoring. Clients may use these materials for personal development but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.​

8. Limitation of Liability

YSL Mentoring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services.​

9. Termination

YSL Mentoring reserves the right to terminate Services if a client breaches these Terms. Clients may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination.​

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.​

10. Amendments

YSL Mentoring may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.​
